mostly just my own threads that I begin.  If I like everything I read then I know what I haven't read yet :lol:

That does get a bit touchy when someone says something awful and I just can't "like" it because it would seem crude or unfeeling.  Then I just skip that post and I know I've read it because everything around it has been "liked".  So We should petition to switch the like button to a "read" button.

When you go to read a thread, if you click on the little circle or star in front of the thread title (instead of clicking the thread title itself), it will take you to the first unread post. :) (It's a circle if you haven't posted in the thread, a star if you have.)

It's when you're looking at the list of thread titles. There should be a circle or star to the left of each thread title. If you click on that instead of the thread title, it should take you to the first unread post.

The star or circle are just to the left of the thread title.  Maybe it's not visible on your device?   Are you logged in?   (I can see it on both my phone and the desktop.)
