momofkhm
Ok, so maybe this isn't exciting for most of you, but I got rooms for the homeschool conference. At the hotel next door to the conference center! There are 2 hotels and they book up as soon as the rooms are released. I always forget to make reservations in October when the rooms are released so I end up trying to find a hotel somewhat close. We always end up driving a ways. Downtown in an unfamiliar city is not fun. But this time I got the ressies! We can park the car and leave it for the weekend! I'm so excited! Tree House Academy
Ah....the Winston Salem, NC one? My friend and I were just saying TODAY how we needed to get that figured out for a girls weekend. I have heard it is utterly THE BEST conference period! Tree House Academy
P.S. Which hotel is it that connects to the conference center? The Embassy Suites or the Marriott?
jonesloonybin
Me too! Ok, so I did not get the special pricing but I was able to get a room at the Marriott. I think the embassy hotel is the one that actually connects to the Conf. Center but they are all REALLY close together. You almost walk the same distance.
