I have a great 20 year working relationship with my realtor here in Texas. I can't stand the thought of just settling for someone just mediocre there. Yesterday he told me that the president of the company gave him a bear hug after his presentation. That is always a good sign. I have been working like a maniac getting this house ready to sell, but we are so close now. Pool guy comes today. Yard guy comes Monday and the photographer will be here Tuesday to take the pictures for the listing. Arcadia Posted December 11, 2015 Share Posted December 11, 2015 Avoid the Benica oil refinery areas. The smell is bad whenever we drive through the Benica-Martinez bridge.
