klmama
If your dc's college communicates official business via the college email, remind your dc to check that email today. There may be important info there, even if classes don't start for several weeks. My dc checked yesterday and discovered an unexpected scholarship offer that needed a response. May any surprises your dc find in their college emails be equally pleasant!
Sebastian (a lady)
My ds's college uses gmail to drive their college email accounts. So we were able to set up automatic forwarding to their regular email accounts. Helps prevent missing emails.
kiana
Yes. Also things such as class cancellations may be sent out via e-mail.
Pegasus
I May any surprises your dc find in their college emails be equally pleasant! Good tip! DD also received an email about a scholarship/internship opportunity and inviting her to set up a meeting time to discuss it.
ThisIsTheDay
Ha, thank you for this! Reminded my kid who is a new dual enrolled student, and we realized he had missed something from an earlier email. :) Good for me to keep in mind too that he may not notice everything right away.
