However, the series seems to end at the end of the Renaissance, so now we have to branch out. Boo! :( Are there any secular world history textbooks you've been happy with? MEmama Posted April 11, 2015 Author Share Posted April 11, 2015 Thank you! I looked all the suggested options and concluded that what I really want doesn't exist. Instead, I've decided to drop HO and instead heavily supplement a high school World History text, combining Early Modern and Modern into one year. That way for 8th we can do Big History Project without worrying about making it fit neatly in a transcript.
