The Crazy 4
We are in book 3 of CAP W&R. But we need more help with outling. Any recommendations?
nansk
The WTM recommends the two Outlining workbooks from Remedia Publications. Also, the third edition of the WTM gives a good guide/example of outlining from History.
Soror
We did Treasured Conversations in the midst of WR3, partly because the outlining. It is very step by step and solid. I've also seen mention that 4-5th grade R&S is good for outlining, you can check out their TOC online. Either way both are fairly cheap. We've found the work in TC very worthwhile and both TC and RS and very reasonably priced.
JDoe
Principles of Outlining by Margaret Ball (1910) for the overall view, for free on archive.org Workbooks I have used and believe useful: http://www.amazon.com/Outlining-Gr-5-8/dp/B000QCBC2M/ http://www.amazon.com/REMEDIA-PUBLICATIONS-REM1134A-Outlining-Gr/dp/B000QCDGOO/ http://www.amazon.com/Thirty-Lessons-Outlining-Level-1/dp/0891873708/
The Crazy 4
We did The WTM recommends the Outlining workbook book 2 from Remedia Publications. But when it came to outling the stories in the W&R she had a hard time. Since there stories, not information (like history or science). I have the R&S books 5-7. Maybe I will go through those. Thank you

The Crazy 4
should I just have her skip the outing in W&R?

Ive never heard of Treasured Conversations can you tell me a little more about it? I am planning to do Lost Tools of Writing after Book 4 of W&R. I wanted to be prepared, but know looking at Treasured Conversations maybe I should skip book 4 and do Treasured Conversations.... Should I? Would this be enough?
