Night Elf
I don't have a plan for cooking this turkey breast. What is the simplest way? Just oil, salt and pepper?
TammyinTN
I cook mine in the crockpot and it's moist and delicious. If you want the recipe let me know I post it for you.

Mandylubug
We rub ours with butter and put it in a turkey oven bag. It is fool proof for me and super juicy, never dry.

I wish I had read this earlier. It's nearly 2:00am and we're eating at 1:00pm. I cook an almost 3 lb. roast beef on slow cook for 7 - 8 hours. I imagine a turkey would be the same. I'd have to put it in at 6:00am unless I cook it on high and then I have no idea how long it would cook for.
