Jamee
Anyone know what font was used for the Greek Latin pages? http://www.currclick.com/product/29368/Greek--Latin-Roots-Vol-1-Notebooking-Pages?it=1 I want to make additional cards, but keep them as consistent as I can. Free font would be preferable. Thanks!
nansk
That is not Comic Sans, but it looks very like it. So you can use Comic Sans, which is free on Windows, or one of these Comic Sans alternatives.
PachiSusan
totally made me think of this! http://www.agencyfusion.com/kill-comic-sans.html Comic Sans - the most hated font on the planet by Graphic Designers!
Jamee
It's not Comic Sans. That was my first--dreaded--thought too, but the "a" and "G" are very different. It's almost a free-hand marker font, but I've not found anything with that particular G and a.
nansk
Yes, I did say it was not Comic Sans. Did you look at the fonts I linked to? Do any of them look similar to you? I entered "photos" as the sample word for all those fonts and compared them to the "photos" on the Currclick sample. Two of them looked somewhat similar. Jamee
Yes, I did check those fonts. It's the G and a that throw things off, as well as the lower k. They're close though and might work. Anyone know the contact for the notebook pages? Maybe I'll try contacting them. Thanks for the suggestion.
eternalsummer
have you tried what the font? and identifont?
eternalsummer
well I tried that and it didn't work. Try dafont.com http://www.dafont.com/theme.php?cat=603&text=notebooking&fpp=
I love these questions that can't easily be solved by a google search. I was going to try on WhatTheFont, but see that ananemone beat me to it. And I couldn't get it to work either. It seems like the sample letters are too small for what the font to pick up on. Do you have a larger image? What the font is at http://www.myfonts.com/WhatTheFont
JanetC
Here's a nice version alternative to Comic Sans if an exact match is not required. http://comicneue.com/
Jamee
Found it! Went to the designer on Facebook and she answered pretty quickly. Turns out it's Andy. It looks like there's a few versions and the one she used was from an older publishing program. Fontspace has one though. Thanks nansk! I was just saying it reminded me of that shooting game for Comic Sans. :)
