ScoutTN
I'd like to get a couple of these for my kids for Christmas. I have The Christmas Miracle Of Jonathan Toomey ordered. We own Miss Fanny's Hat and King Bidgood's in the Bathtub and the James Herriot's Treasury. Do you have any favorites? Doesn't need to be a Christmas book. Ripley
John Lithgow has a few - we love Micawber and liked Marsupial Sue. Another favorite is Polkabats and Octopus Slacks by Calef Brown. Both are rhyme-y and fun. My kids also liked Scrambled States by Laurie Keller, but I didn't much care for it. LOL
readwithem
Many of the Eric Carle books have a CD. You can also get the Little Bear and Frog and Toad books with a CD.
BigMamaBird
My kids love the Skippyjohn Jones books and they all come with CDs. We also have a collection of Sandra Boynton book and while they don't come with CDs, there is a song CD you can purchase separately and many of the books can be sung, like Snuggle Puppy, Barnyard Dance and the Belly Button Book. kateingr
The Family Storybook Treasury has lots of good classic picture books in the anthology, and the stories are read very well.
Mystie
We have Complete Frog & Toad with CD, Complete Curious George with CD, Winnie the Pooh on CD, and Beatrix Potter with CD (actually, we own the books and I bought the Audible version). My preschoolers listen to them during their quiet time and love them!

He just came out with a new one that we picked up for the kids last week called Never Play Music Right Next to the Zoo. It's a cute story - the kids enjoyed it. MomatHWTK
This would not provide the physical book but my kids enjoy One More Story online. The selection is limited but I was able to get a deal through homeschool buyer's coop.
