mommyx4
My 11 year old son is really interested in learning how to create video games. I have no idea where to learn about this. Is there an online class I can sign him up for? I'm thinking I could start it next fall for him.

houseofkids&pets
This book has received pretty good ratings. I plan on buying it for my ds. http://www.amazon.co...cm_cr_pr_sims_t
Jilly
I would start him out with Scratch. It is a wonderful first step, and it is fun and educational.
AK_Mom4
Scratch is totally awesome. When DS was younger (12-13), he used Alice (another free source). I picked up the Programming With Alice book used from Amazon for $3 and he was able to work his way through it on his own.
