Danestress
I have light olive skin. I've used mineral foundation for years, but I think I want something I can apply with less mess when I travel, and as I get older and dryer, I am not sure the mineral works well for me. The thing is, not every line seems to have a good color for my somewhat light olive skin. A lot of products that claim to be for olive skin have too much pigment in the - I am sort of light and sallow, and now that my hair is grey, I especially have to avoid products that are too "warm" for me. Any one similarly colored who loves her foundation brand?
twinmami01
I have since switched to a powder foundation but I did like Loreal's True Match foundation.
Oakblossoms
I finally went to Bare Minerals. I could never find anything. Foundations were always too dark unless it was mid-summer.
prairiewindmomma
Clinique Even Better foundation. I need liquid foundation as I age....the powder seems to fall into my lines and hide there.
Catwoman
I don't know if you need a full makeup kit, but QVC will be featuring a nice Tarte makeup kit as the Today's Special Value starting tonight at midnight EST. It comes with a nice foundation and a wonderful foundation brush (as well as other stuff, like lipstick, blush, mascara, and a brow product.) DianeW88
If you have a Sephora store near you, go there and play with the make up. I'm olive skinned, too, and I love Bobbi Brown foundation. It's almost like she made all her make up for olive girls. :D
