Any great stollen recipes?

I can't find my mother, drat it all.

 

Is the JOC's recipe any good?

 

Mother's had no nuts, just the candied fruits, and was so special with butter.

My mom and Oma could never write it down they just added this and that. I however found that the Butter Stollen that Aldis, World Market and Wholefoods sells is really good and tastes close to what I remember my mom and Oma making. My mom is picky about her stollen and she like these I have purchased. Absolutely no help I know but just saying if you run out of time or can't find the recipe and need a good stollen.....
