Alenee Posted November 28, 2012 Share Posted November 28, 2012 A funny :) I've been a nail-biter all my life. Back in May, my 13 yo dd said, "Mom...I bet you can't even grow nails anymore!" I took that as a challenge and have successfully quit biting my nails. BIG CHEER! ;) Tonight however, I realized there are hazards to this. During evening prayers, every time I crossed myself, I kept rapping my forehead with my nails! I think this may be the only downside I can find with being Orthodox. LOL!
