fourcatmom Posted October 28, 2012 Share Posted October 28, 2012 I have called many time with computer CD troubles and someone has always answered. They have spend a lot of time with me to correct the problem. They have always had great customer service. Maybe check the time zone and make sure you are calling at the right times. I believe they're only available during standard business hours. Just click on the chat feature towards the bottom of the "contact us" page. I did get someone on live chat, but I need to know I can contact them if there is a problem. Maybe it was a bad week for them. I will try back this week.
