MomsintheGarden
I got an email this morning from Amazon Mom with what looks like a great deal on Prime. Here's the main email text: Join Amazon Prime for $79/year and we will send you a promotional code good for $70 off select items in the Baby Store when you spend $100 or more.* This offer is just for you and is good through September 20, 2012, at 11:59 p.m. PT. You will receive your promotional code in a separate e-mail by September 23, 2012 after joining Amazon Prime. (The promotional code works until October 5, 2012.) Here's the fine print: To Receive the Promotion: Join Amazon Prime for $79/yr by September 20, 2012 at 11:59 pm PT. After joining Amazon Prime, you will receive a unique promotional code in a separate email by September 23, 2012. To redeem your promotion, add at least $100 of eligible products from the Baby Store that are sold and shipped by Amazon.com to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. The discount from the promotional code will be reflected on the final order checkout page and will be allocated proportionally to all promotion items in the Shopping Cart. The promotional code must be used by its stated expiration date. Terms and Conditions One promotional code per customer. Good one time only. Promotional offer valid for a limited time only. Items placed in Shopping Cart overnight may not be eligible for promotion at time of checkout. Applies only to products sold by Amazon.com. Does not apply to items sold by other merchants on Amazon.com. Does not apply to any products purchased on any other website operated by the merchant. Applies only when all qualifying and benefit products in the promotion are purchased in one order. Applies only to complete orders shipping to a single address that meet all other promotional requirements. Offer good while supplies last. No substitutions or rain checks. Offer must be redeemed through the Shopping Cart. Does not apply to orders placed with 1-Click. Shipping and handling charges apply to all products. Offer may not be combined with other offers. Void where prohibited. Additional taxes may apply in certain jurisdictions. If you return items purchased using a promotion code, we will subtract the value of the promotion code from your return credit. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or modify this promotion at any time. Has anyone done this? What do you think? Thanks! delaney
I just wish I knew what "eligible" meant. I am out of the diaper stage and don't really need baby gear. It would be a great deal b/c although I have prime it is not the full subscription so I dont get streaming. Anyone know what might qualify??? *Michelle*
It should be anything in the Baby store that is sold and shipped by Amazon. You can sort your search for those items. For instance, I clicked on the "top-rated" link and got back about 25,000 items. When I selected Amazon as the seller, I got this list of almost 9,000 items. I'd go for it. I'm a bit jealous actually!
sbgrace
We got a lot of not baby stuff through Amazon Mom. If you can find things you need I'd do it for sure. Prime is so convenient. When we had Mom Prime, though, it didn't give you the video streaming delaney. Unless it has changed that's just for paid prime subscriptions. MomsintheGarden
Here is the link of approved products for the $70 off: http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=sr_hi_2?rh=n%3A165796011%2Cn%3A!2334086011%2Cn%3A!2334148011%2Cn%3A5291821011&bbn=5291821011&ie=UTF8&qid=1348234972 Unfortunately, we don't need any of those things. We had a feeling it was bait & swap because they didn't give us the link first. Instead we'll buy some things to save for baby shower gifts. Anyone have suggestions? MomsintheGarden
It would be a good idea to donate diapersThanks, but unfortunately only cloth diapers are included in the discounted products. Around here folks want disposables donated.
