You don't have to do anything further...at all. The "my Lowes" card is just a card you can scan at the register that records your purchases for future reference. For us, in the middle of a huge renovation, it simplifies returns, and provides a record of what size/color/model number of an item we might need to recall. And if you unclick the "send me spam" selection, you won't get junk emails either. The coupon will come in an email. Mine came a day later. Enjoy!
