Alenee
I have a new friend coming over tomorrow and would like some ideas for a treat that is Gluten-free. I have a friend who makes GF scones but she's out of town. Any other ideas that I won't need to use special flour for? Thanks!
Prairie~Phlox
You could do meringue cookies (egg whites & sugar) or what about a fruit salad? Rice pudding? I've made a chocolate cake before similar to this: http://www.cacaoweb.net/flourlesschocolatecake.html that is flourless. We have friends that are gluten free, so I am always making stuff for them. If you can use dairy and eggs, there are a lot of options (especially if you opt for puddings). Here are a few ideas.
Alenee
This recipe sounds yummy! Can I use semi-sweet chocolate chips instead of buying chocolate specifically?

Maybe even banana splits. But only if dairy isn't an issue too.
