LibraryLover
don't do this: www.cafemom.com/articles/technology/141006/athlete_kicked_out_of_olympics It's stupid, it's ignorant, it's cruel and racist, and you will never be on a Wheaties box. Funny how stupid young people can be. Sad how racist some people are. Edited July 27, 2012 by LibraryLover

Live2Ride
You have to wonder what on earth made her post such a thing. The lack of a filter on her brain and a backup on her mouth...a lack of couth...growing up in a racist home...who knows...maybe other olympians will think twice about doing something like that. Jean in Newcastle
What bothers me more than the initial tweet as bad as that was, is her complete lack of remorse or even embarrassment.

Bill True. I was thinking of a 'kid', and thinking 'Honey, you have this amazing opportuinity and squandered it being plain ignorant." But it's true, things are pretty bad in Greece right now. *Someone* must be to blame, right? ;) Isn't that the way of the world. I'm glad she got kicked off. That sends an important message to a lot of people. Whether they get the message is another thing.

Shows it wasn't a frontal lobe slip. Shows she really meant it. Sad.
