Just Kate Posted June 15, 2012 Share Posted June 15, 2012 I just started the 30 Day Shred today (yay me! :D) and I think I would like to add some additional cardio on the days that it works out. Honestly, I would love to go outside and walk, but with two young kids and a mostly-out-of-town dh, it just doesn't happen that often. Can you suggest any DVDs to try for a good cardio workout?
