athena1277
I need to get my monthly free book from the Kindle Owner's Lending Library, but I don't know what to pick. I have a few books on my "want to read" list, but none are available for free. I refuse to pay $10 for an e-book!:glare: I need some suggestions. I've read The Help and The Hunger Games (loved both). I like most works of fiction, including classics, historical fiction and mysteries. About the only thing I'm not interested in are really scary or dark things (like Steven King) or raunchy romance novels. I'm counting on the hive to help me out. I must have my free book! ;)
GailV
Oh, that's easy. Wool Omnibus. I got the suggestion from Mental Multivitamin, and I liked it so much I haven't returned it yet. I'm thinking about re-reading it. ETA: I'm not a fan of dystopian lit, and I loved this.
Lady Florida.
I've heard good things about Yellow Crocus: A Novel. It's not normally the kind of book I'd read, but I'm thinking about it for my April KLL book. ETA: I see that it's only 99 cents now, but when I first looked at it, the price was higher. Not sure if I'd waste my freebie on a 99 cent book. Edited March 22, 2012 by floridamom added something

NicoleG
I just finished reading The Burning of Grey on my Kindle. Really loved it! It was suspenseful and fun to read. Really kept my interest through the whole thing. I would say it was totally worth the 4 bucks! :)
