ThreeBlessings
wendilouwho I think your daughter looks absolutely darling in both of those outfits. :) I love them! Bright, cheerful, funky and fun!
AK_Mom4
DD10 wears what is comfortable regardless of color or style. DD18 used to dress the same way, but has morphed over time to a young lady with excellent fashion sense (something she DID NOT inherit from me). In the meantime, yes, DD10 gets to pick her clothes unless there is a specific event she needs to wear a specific outfit.
Joker
I quit making decisions about their clothing when they could verbalize what they liked. Older dd sometimes leaves the house in something I think is horrible but her friends think she's so cool. :001_huh: They each have their own style (just like I know I did) and I let them go. Older is funky and younger is preppy. I chose not to make clothing a battle ~ at least at this point. :tongue_smilie:
