mirth
Wheat grass or green kamut juice? Also, Any favorite green smoothie recipes? Could you recommend any commercial bottled grass juice drinks which taste better to "beginners"?
mommymilkies
I make mine with spinach or romaine. Kale is a bit too "green" tasting, but spinach melts right in with berries and is hardly noticeable.
Cindy in C-ville
I used to add wheat grass and bee pollen, but since our move I've just used spinach, kefir, and fruit.
ChristyB in TN
I like carrots, spinach and wheat grass. I pour my portion out then my husband juices a granny smith apple in with his because he likes the sweetness. If I'm low on iron I add a quarter of an organic beet to the mix. I love the beet greens in there, too! I don't know anything about the kamut.
Rosie_0801
I agree with the spinach, and sunflower greens work nicely too. If you get around to growing them, that is... Rosie
