It means that SOMEONE, who shall remain nameless, dropped a full cup of coffee...and wiped up the floor, but not the wall, door, or fridge. Coffee splatter is not a decorating motif, thanks. And the beef stew currently simmering is b/c ppl around here like to eat on a regular basis.
