SeekingSimplicity
Dd is in here making some gluten free fried pickles. And let me tell ya, she's doing a good job too. She made a batter out of masa flour and is dipping hamburger pickles in and frying them. They look really nice, and are crunchy and good. Susan in TN
Good job! My dh despises pickles and won't eat anything that a pickle has even touched, but he had a fried pickle at a restaurant once and said he actually liked them! :svengo:

I love the baby kosher dill but don't like the texture of the big kosher dills. Fried pickles are just awesomeness in pickle form. lol There was a restaurant when I was in high school that served them with nacho cheese sauce for dipping. It was soooo good! Chris in VA
Oh. MY. I LOVE pickles. I'll have to try this. Is masa flour a corn-based thingy? Like cornmeal only finer? Or something totally different? (I do know how to google, just thought I'd ask instead. :D)

You find it in the ethnic section with the mexican food
HRAAB
Fried pickles? Really? I'm learning so much today. At least fried pickles is worthwhile - more than I can say for that child bride person....
