I've been taking a B-complex, cheapy version, and fish oil consistently for the last two weeks. This was my regular routine but I was off for awhile due to stomach issues and surgery. I can't believe the difference in my energy levels. I always took B12 for a deficiency but the complex and fish oil everyday make all the difference. I'm much more cheery, too.

 

So funny about the New Chapter Organics B complex. Over the weekend, I wound up reading the reviews of it on vitacost.com completely by chance, and then I saw it at Whole Foods, too, just as I was walking through the aisle. After I finish what I have, I may try it since I feel like I'm getting message of some kind.:tongue_smilie:

 

PS I'm on my third day without wheat and in three days, I haven't experienced the crash I often get after eating. I wonder what that's all about.
