Mom-ninja.
I hate to iron. Hate it. Plus my iron needs to be cleaned as it's leaving stains on clothes. I was wondering about those hand steamers. Are they any good? Could I use one of those instead of an iron?
FrogMom5
I had a small, travel one once. The clothes turned out nice. The only difficulty was trying to find a place to hang the clothes while I steamed them. Otherwise, steamers work well. Denise
Belacqua
They're no substitute for ironing, but those anti-wrinkle sprays (I think Downy makes one?) work fairly well.
Truscifi
I just hang things straight out of the dryer.
ChristusG
I just hang things straight out of the dryer. Yep, this is what I do. And at first, I thought you were talking about iron pills. I wondered how in the world they were staining your clothes LOL.
chepyl
I have a Confirm steamer from Bed Bath and Beyond. It has a stand with places to hang clothes, attachments for pants and creasing. I live it! They run about $75-100.
Pretty in Pink
Our new dryer has a steam option on it. It's a Whirlpool Cabrio. I never use it though -- I just fold/hang laundry straight out of the dryer.
