Margo out of lurking Posted August 27, 2011 Share Posted August 27, 2011 I made Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie for a potluck last week. It was easy, the ingredients were inexpensive, it was gobbled up, and people asked for the recipe. I need to bring 3-4 dishes to two potlucks in the next two days. I'm definitely bringing this to one, and possibly to the other. I am really happy with it, and I especially appreciate that it was good AND inexpensive to make. I didn't have whole spices, so I just sprinkled about a quarter of a tsp of cinnamon and an eighth of a tsp of ground cloves on the cooking fruit.
