all4them
My daughter, who is naturally muscular is starting to round out with puberty...still tiny, but I'd like to give her a routine to help her stay strong and toned from a young age. Goodness knows how hard it is to try this after it's too late! Any recomendations? I'm thinking all areas in rotation (lower body/core/upper body) She would thrive witht he physical activity and strength. Elle
BamaTanya
I don't know your dd's style, but my dd and I enjoy Ellen Barrett's workouts. They seem to be a mixture of Pilates and dance and traditional strength moves. Some of them are aerobic, as well. You can see clips and read reviews here: http://www.collagevideo.com/exercise-videos/ellen-barrett-videos-148&page=1&sortby=
tadah
Karate has been great for my daughter's fitness, strength, and overall comfort with her body. Just wanted to put that out there as a possibility.

kiana
I'm not sure how old your daughter is. Especially if she's not yet a teenager, I'd stick mostly to bodyweight exercises as well as flexibility. If it's an option, dance or martial arts would usually include conditioning as well, which has the added benefit of making it harder to forget or get busy and not do.
