Ann.without.an.e
Please tell me I can download Gutenberg books to a Nook? Can anyone tell me an easy way to go about it? Thanks so much!!!!! :001_smile:
C_l_e_0..Q_c
There should be an ePub format on the Gutenberg site. Some files that were done a while ago do not have that option, but they're getting rare. If the book you want truly does not have that file format, you can create it by using Calibre. jelbe5
I am guessing it is similar to the Kindle. Download the book you want from Gutenberg in the correct format (ePub) to your computer. Then connect your nook to your computer with the USB cable and drag the ebook to the nook icon.
ChrissySC
Nook will take a PDF too. I download a pdf as well and transfer to my nook via computer hook up.
3lilreds in NC
Here is a link to Project Gutenberg's Nook info. I'm sorry, I don't have a Nook or I would try to tell you how it works. :)
Ellie
Yes, you can. You copy them to your computer (I rename them with their correct names; the e-pub has letters and numbers that don't mean anything to me), connect your Nook to your computer, copy them to the Nook. Easy peasy.
