elise1mds Posted April 8, 2011 Share Posted April 8, 2011 There's now an OT facility locally that takes our insurance IN NETWORK! Before that, the only OT facility that took our insurance was still out of network and was an hour's drive away - not worth the drive, given the cost of gas! So I hadn't been able to do anything for DS, and he's gotten worse and worse, despite my best efforts at doing a sensory diet at home. He really needs listening therapy. Anyway, so now we're waiting on a med appt. to get him back on Vyvanse, and once he's stable on that, I will be calling the OT place and getting him in there, too. I am so, so excited!!!
