mom2scouts
I actually did have a nightmare after watching that video and I like snakes!
goldberry
Update: We expected to capture many snakes on such a lovely weekend, but I think the word got out... we were able to catch and release 5 snakes who are now enjoying their new forest home. I'm glad I recommended that the ds wear gloves, since these snakes DO resist this process. I have one reptile curious son and one... not so much. I'm glad you got rid of them. I live rural and generally live and let live... but after seeing that show, I don't want things to get out of hand.
MorganClassicalPrep
move. or hire someone to come kill them. But I have an extreme phobia. I have nightmares if I even see one on TV.
bnbacademy
Our final chapter... we captured our 7th baby snake a week ago and I took it to "show and tell" for our Ranger boys (like Boy Scout groups). They loved it! I am beginning to believe that they must hibernate together and then move out. Haven't seen any in days. Saving the world... one snake at a time.... Daisy
I wish I had a few in my yard. I'd worry less about scorpions, black widow spiders, cockroaches.... You get my drift. :D
