cjzimmer1 Posted March 9, 2011 Share Posted March 9, 2011 Depending on what it is, potatoes, unsalted beans or rice can absorb extra salt. Or serve it with unsalted pasta, stir in unsalted veggies. Basically add in anything that normally would need salt and dilute whatever you've got. I have also add baking soda to chili to cut the acidity and for some reason it seems to nullify some of the salt.
