joannqn
Here's how each of my kids completed the same science experiment today. Older two: Find out what happens when you add one polymer (Liquid Laundry Starch) to another polymer (Elmer's White Glue). Record observations. Repeat experiment with a different kind of glue. Record observations and make conclusions. 3 year old: Find out what happens when you get the results of part 1 of older sibs' experiment all over your shirt. 18 month old: Find out if mom will let you eat the results of part 1 of older sibs' experiment. I just thought it was funny. Do your kids do similar things? Edited February 22, 2011 by joannqn
theYoungerMrsWarde
 Around here we've only used glue sticks with ds1 so we haven't had any glue eating...yet :D

Mine have already decided that gluing is kind of boring because the glue isn't tasty. Kids are gross  Rosie
My3Monkeys
Dd's older friend - shared what she was learning about genetics. Dd (9) and ds (6) - spent time discussing different family traits and who in our family had those traits. Dd (3) -rolled her tongue.
