cin
is there a program out there that makes creating math worksheets easy? I have a used up workbook, but we need some extra practice. I was hoping to be able to type up a few worksheets but math symbols are rather difficult. And I really don't want to hand write them. TIA! milovany
YES! Run, don't walk, to The Math Worksheet Site. You'll be glad you did. :001_smile: [You don't have to make worksheets up at all -- you can generate exactly what you need from this site, and there's a huge FREE area you can work in.]
Belacqua
LaTeX is a language that allows you to use math symbols; I'm still getting the hang of it, myself, but it's pretty nifty.
kiana
LaTeX is really great but has a bit of a learning curve. The worksheet generator is nice if it has what you need but doesn't work so well if you want to do something far more specific. I don't like word's equation editor but if you only need a few worksheets it'll do okay. If you're going to be doing a lot of worksheets it might be worth your while to learn to use LaTeX. Dana
If you have Word, you can do quite a bit with Equation Editor. You can get MathType if you need more (like color).
