Mom-ninja.
Can a DS lite and a DSi connect? We have one of each and my boys can't figure out how to connect them, but they can connect when they the DS Lite and my mom's DS Lite.
dsmith
Ds says you can play games together over the internet, not sure how else they would connect. If you have a more specific thing you are trying to do, I can explain it to him better. His aspie brain needs specifics, not generalities.:001_smile:
Sasharowan
My son and his friend say they have no problem connecting. Friend has DSi and son has DSlite.
Keniki
Yes, if you have a game with multi-player mode, they should work together. Some games are funny. DD and DS have one game that HAS to go in the DSI to connect, but most can be put in either one to work. Then the one with the cartridge has to go into multi-player mode and "invite" the other one to play.
Mom-ninja.
Thanks. They have Mario Cart and they have been trying to connect.
Keniki
Thanks. They have Mario Cart and they have been trying to connect. My dd says to put the cartridge in the ds lite. For some reason Mario Cart will not work in the dsi. It comes up with an error message. If they put it in the ds lite, the person with the lite can go into multi-player mode and invite the other person. HTH :)
