ProudGrandma
I need to make 6 dozen cookies for a cookie exchange on Friday, and I need a great, easy recipe...what is your favorite???
2cents
If you have a cookie press, I have a great recipe for Spritz Cookies: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Butter-Snow-Flakes/Detail.aspx The orange zest really makes the cookies taste great IMO. FriedClams
One that came from here... Soft & Chewy Peanut Butter Blossoms You know - soft and covered in sugar with a Hershey's kiss on top!
KristineinKS
I've been searching for good new cookie & candy recipes all morning. Here's a list I came up with on my blog, perhaps you'll find something that will work.
Dianne-TX
These have become a family favorite every year. The recipe makes a ton, so you'll have some to take to your exchange and some to keep for your family or give to other special people. They are yuuuuummmmyyyy! http://www.christmas-cookies.com/recipes/recipe524.laura-bushs-cowboy-cookies.html

chickenpatty
Kinda boring, but they always go fast - M & M cookies. I like them better than any other (well, except the Andes mint ones).
ladydusk
What I've taken in the past that has always been a hit is white chocolate covered pretzels (the bigger pretzels).
AK_Mom4
I "borrowed" a great and simple idea from Alton Brown. Mix up a batch of sugar cookie dough and cool in fridge. Split dough into two balls. Melt chocolate chips and mix into one of the balls. Crush peppermint candy canes very fine and mix into the other ball. Roll out the chocolate dough, then roll out the peppermint dough and lay it on top of the chocolate. Roll into a log and slice. Bake as directed in your recipe. You end up with the most delicious chocolate and peppermint spiral sugar cookies. Gorgeous and they look like you spent HOURS baking them, so perfect for impressing folks at a cookie exchange! I suposse it would depend on the sugar cokie recipe...but if the recipe says it makes 3 dozen....would it be safe to say it would make 3 dozen of these cookies too??
