Right above your post you will see a tool bar that says "Thread Tools". You can subscribe to the thread and get instant e-mail notifications that way. Or, as Joannqn was so kind to point out to me yesterday, you can just click on your name and you will have options to click on your posting history which would also bring you back to threads you have started/posted on.
