AuntieM
Who's hanging in there?
OnTheBrink
*hanging head in shame* I did great the first week. Then, life got busy and I got behind and now it's just too much to catch up on. So, I'm reading smaller chunks on most days.
gemrae
I've surprised myself and actually kept up! I'm on day 19. I love this way of reading the Bible. The big picture is so much clearer to me right now. I listen while I read and DD8 has been hanging around listening to much of it.
jg_puppy
I have not been keeping up, but I do plan to start where I left off and just do the best I can. It may end up being 180 days at the rate I am going. Jan
AuntieM
Just keep swimming! SolaMichella, no shame, girl! Your 90 Days can start today! I've been keeping up, but it really is a commitment of time to gt it done. Reading through those first 5 books has me really sympathizing with Moses... he was parenting a whole nation of rebellious kids. I have a new perspective on this material now that I have three teens! They are great kids, but just as Moses did all through those times, I have to repeat myself over and over! Just keep reading, ladies! Elisabeth in IL
My husband bought the 90 day Bible and it sits in our room. I think I'll pick it up and join you women.
lotsofpumpkins
We finished Deuteronomy last night. :D I'm reading it aloud to my oldest, and the boys usually listen in for part of it. We have taken one grace day because they've all been sick, and one night it was already late and they were so tired, so I sent them to bed! I too am loving seeing the big picture. I've read through the whole Bible once before, but it took me 3 years, so by the time I got to the end I couldn't remember what I had read earlier. I love reading these huge chunks. AuntieM
I love reading these huge chunks. Yes, you are so right! Reading bug chunks helps things make more sense, especially the first 5 books where so much is reiterated. I've found it more understandable. JoyfulMama
We had a death in the family which kicked me off the schedule, but I am hopping back on where I left off! No time to start back again like the present! (Although I must say I really wish I know where my The Message Bible has been hiding - I'd love to read that translation straight through this way too.)
