Movie ideas?

See if they have

The Scarlet and The Black, a made-for-TV movie starring Gregory Peck. WWII priest eludes capture while working at the Vatican and rescuing Jews. Very, very good--a little funny in spots, poignant but not overpowering, with the best ending in movie history. IMHO, of course.

Best "popcorn" movie I've seen in recent days has been Star Trek. It was soooooo much fun to watch; it might have moved from new releases. If you want something more serious and meaningful (it has significant "salty" language) Grand Torino with Clint Eastwood is easily one of the 10 best from last year, might also be out of new releases, too.
