Laura Corin
Music to my ears. It's half way through my seventh year of home educating Calvin, and at last he wants to do things for himself. I've always tried to give the boys opportunities for independence, rather than pushing them away. Hobbes seizes those chances; Calvin, until now, has relied heavily on me. Now, once a week or so, Calvin will take the book back from me as I am explaining something and will take charge of the learning. And he has good judgment: he knows when he can achieve. It's been a long road. Laura

Laura Corin
Looking forward to June! Diane Right now my car is stuck in snow in the next village, and Hobbes and I had to hike home. June sounds pretty good. Laura

Laura Having a nice steaming cup of tea, or something a little stronger to warm you up? ;)
