What can I do with leftover ham?

Recommended Posts

Bean soup

Lentils

Ham & potato soup

Scalloped potato casserole

Quiche or other breakfast casserole

Breakfast burritos

Ham salad sandwiches

chopped up and added to twice-baked potatoes to make it a meal

Use small bits as a yummy addition to green beans (with some added garlic and a bit of butter or olive oil)

This last one sounds gross, but we like it:

chunks of ham over mashed potatoes, with parmesean sauce poured over the top

I have a ton of leftover ham. It's a huge spiral sliced ham, but it wasn't cooked with a glaze or any other flavorings. What ways can we use the leftovers besides sandwiches, of plain ham?

Invite me to dinner?

I LOVE spiral sliced ham but I am the only one in my house that likes it.

I love navy bean soup with ham.

Ham & Cheese omelets.

Sliced ham heated and served along with pancakes.
