We moved here from the city 18 years ago and saw a pileated woodpecker the first week. It was the first time I had ever seen such an impressive bird. I was inspired to find the names of all the other birds around and found that we mostly get all kinds of woodpeckers since we live in a forest on the edge of a wildlife preserve. This past year my 10yodd jokingly came up with "Polly ____ Builds Better Minds" She was being sarcastic. :glare: I kind of like it though I wouldn't put it on a diploma.
