Journey
I got my Windows 7 update today and was just wondering what the big, better (if any) difference there is? What does Windows 7 have that Vista doesn't? I don't use dial up so does that make a difference? I have Time Warner internet (cable). Thanks! StephanieZ
I LOOOOVVVVVVVVVEEEEEEEEEEE Windows 7. Best $50 (x2 computers) I've spent in a long time. Many fewer freeze-ups, goof-ups, glitches, shut-downs, etc. Lots of little niceties. The incorporated Windows Live Mail rocks. Great upgrade. I don't miss Vista one little bit! smrtmama
Vista is about as glitchy and user un-friendly as it gets. Get Windows 7. I regret ever single minute of Vista.
Peela
Everyone I know hates Vista for all its glitches and problems- and is happy with Windows 7.
joannqn
DH, an IT guy, gives his usual short answer..."stability." There are a lot of other little enhancements that are cool...like the task bar previews, but stability is the big thing.
