cougarmom4
If any of you are teaching your own children piano or are interested in games you can play with your kids who may be taking from someone else, I found a fabulous resource! There are tons of free theory games, note-reading games, music, etc. All ready to print & play! I just had to share with someone... www.susanparadis.com/

ohmel
What a great resource! My 7yr old has recently stalled in his playing and hopefully some of the games can help him though this tough spot. Thanks

Crimson Wife
Thanks! We are planning to begin lessons in January, which suddenly seems very soon! My 7 y.o. is going to begin formal lessons in January as well. To prepare her, I'm having her work through the Music Ace program. I think she'll get much more out of her lessons if she already knows some of the music theory basics. Thanks to the OP for the link to the free games & worksheets website!
