Alicia64
Dh wanted this giant bed and it is comfortable but I can't move it around on my own and I'm having a hard time buying a comforter/duvet and skirt for it because it's so big. I need recommendations for a California King which, sadly, is larger than a King. I wish he had just bought a King. Thanks! Alley
Brilliant
I am assuming you are not in California? I have the opposite problem; I live in CA but have an Eastern King bed. I had to buy my sheets online. (Costco.com)
Alicia64
I AM in California, but so many places carry only up to a King. Macys sells some Cal King, but very little. I keep wondering, "where do people buy this stuff??" Alley
inactive
Do you have TJMAXX?? (when we had a CA King I found lots of stuff there...)
Spy Car
Cal Kings are longer but narrower. I'm not the "sheet-shopper" in the family, but I see Cal King sheets everywhere sheets are sold as the basic "king" sheet. Of course I too live in California. Alicia64
Not to be rude, but I'm not looking for sheets. They seem to be easier to find. I'm looking for a selection of comforters/duvets and bed skirts. That's what I'm having a hard time finding. Alley

ConnieB
JC Penney is the only store that I've ever found CAK comforters...we don't use bed skirts, so sorry can't tell you if they have bed skirts. Also, you can find a much larger selection online: http://www.blanketwarehouse.com/calking.htm http://www.jcpenney.com/products/C053105.jsp http://www.preciousbedding.com/california-king-bedskirts-c-53.html http://www.overstock.com/Home-Garden/Bedskirts/California-King,/size,/11248/subcat.html http://www.linensontheweb.com/NoFrame/Products/Luxury-California-King-Bedskirts1.html
