Nestof3 Posted May 25, 2009 Share Posted May 25, 2009 I had so many close friends in college. I was funny yet heady (in a good, thinking way). I assumed I'd always have close friends. Fast forward. I haven't had a best friend in years. Sometimes I just miss having someone to call up and share the latest of the week to. Someone who REALLY knows me. I always read your posts, love the way you are raising your kiddos, and am very grateful that one day we'll meet. Lay your request before the Lord (I'm sure you have), and perhaps he will send you a Jonathan. In the meantime, we're here, He's here, your hubby is here, your kids are here--hang in there. And if so, then where are the people in our real lifes who need/want to be friends? I mean, I have many people who I talk with, but no one who really has time to say...go to a movie...etc..
