  2. I thought he was looking for his lost "jiggery saw". I figured he was doing some wood working project. :D hehe
  3. dd thought that lyric "spin me 'round again and rub my eyes this can't be happening" was "spinning around again and rub my eyes across the ebony." from "Hide and Seek" by Imogen Heap

I actually did listen to it last night before I went to bed. :D  Yeah, you don't want to break out into Darling Nikki. :001_huh: Musical Tourettes!!:lol: Love it! hehehehehe Man, I'm so jealous you got to see BOC in concert! I'd love to hear Godzilla live. They didn't have a lot of great songs, but the ones they did have were freaking awesome! :) I know all of the lyrics to the entire album Bat out of Hell by heart! Is that wrong?? :D hehehehe
  6.:lol::lol::lol: "Now here's a little story I've got to tell About three bad brothers you know so well It started way back in history With Adrock, M.C.A., and me - Mike D. Been had a little horsy named Paul Revere Just me and my horsy and a quart of beer Riding across the land, kicking up sand Sheriff's posse on my tail cause I'm in demand..." :p Man, I'm gonna have to go listen to that one on YT now! hehehehe
  7. Most people don't agree with me on those things anyway because I have a weird sense of humor so I'm actually kind of used to it. I make references to something and get this look :001_huh: all the time. :p hehe
  8. hehe No worries. Different strokes for different folks. :)
  9. I'd never read them til I read it with dd. I read the first 4 to her and she was like, "mom enough already!!" so I read the rest on my own. :D hehehe I loved them. :)
  10. Half of 6 shelves definitely works out to 5 for you and 1 for him! Doesn't he know the new math your dh? :p
  11. This may be too simple, but I loved the Little House series by Laura Ingalls Wilder. The Long Winter is probably my favorite one. It just amazes me how they used to do things and how they make it through that winter and I just can't put that book down when I read it. I think I've read it maybe 7 or 8 times now and each time I've read it I've lost sleep from reading through the night til dawn. :p
  12. Would you/Could you live in a tiny house if it meant no mortgage? You bet I would!!! :)
  13. LOL I used to watch the Sonny and Cher show when I was growing up and I always thought Cher was so glamorous. Then the 80's hit. :001_huh:
  14.:lol::lol: Me too! I didn't even realize what Afternoon Delight was about either until I saw that movie with Will Farrel in it where he plays that song and I finally "got it". lol Que va! lol Oh gosh, I'm sure I embarrassed my mom plenty in public when i was a kid because I always loved music and would sing whatever song was running through my head. I'm sure I must have sung The Joker outloud when I was a kid because it was so popular and always on the radio.... "You're the cutest thing I ever did see. Really love your peaches, want to shake your tree. Lovey-dovey, lovey-dovey, lovey-dovey all the time...."
  15.:lol::lol: I actually really like that Rod Stuart song. :p How about Brass in the Pocket. :D "gonna use my arms, gonna use my legs, gonna use my style, gonna use my sidestep, gonna use my fingers, gonna use my my my imagination....." :p
  16. I KNOW I got Grateful Dead's lyrics wrong in many places too. :p On a side note, I really wonder if Just For Men has tried to acquire the rights to that song to use it in their commercials. :p hehe
