  1. Hi! Can anyone explain the differences between Elementary Greek and Hey, Andrew, Teach me Some Greek? Which do you like better and why? Which is more complete and how can you give high school credit for it? Thank you, Sabrina

  3. Thank you, Nicole! Yes, her diet hasn't been the greatest in college, and I'm sure that is contributing to the problem. Thankfully she will live at home next year so that should help.
  4. Also, did you get it in bulk and make your own tea, or did you get a box of tea bags? Is one better than the other? Thanks!
  5. Thank you for sharing! Do you need to drink the tea every day, or only during the period? Thanks!
  6. No, she moved from NY to VA, so is actually getting more sunshine! I am looking into all of us taking more vitamin D, though. Thanks!
  7. If you do or have in the past, how has it helped you? My daughter who is a freshman in college never had problems with her period until now. Maybe it is because there are so many girls living so close together and are messing up each other's periods. She is now irregular, the bleeding is heavier, and is cramping much more than she ever used to. I have read that drinking red raspberry leaf tea helps regulate the period and reduces the heaviness and cramping. Do you have to drink the tea every day, or just when you have your period? I want her to try it to see if it will help. Any info. on how this has worked for you would be great! Thanks! Blessings, Sabrina
  8. your answer with an example of how ANI works. What a great way of explaining it!
  9. Looks like LTW will work well for us. We use and love IEW and would like to add LTW because we need more practice with persuasive essays, especially the invention part. Looks like it will complement IEW perfectly!
  10. I am looking into this curriculum and would like your opinion, how you have used it, and anything else you can share about it. Any info. would be greatly appreciated! Thank you, Sabrina
  11. You earn the Timothy award after completing the grade 3-6 T&T books 1-4. To earn the Meritorious award, you need to have earned the Timothy award plus the two grade 7 and 8 Trek books. To earn the Citation award, which is the highest Awana award, and the award that gets you the most scholarships, you need to have earned the Timothy, Meritorious, plus the eight high school Journey books. The Citation is awarded to 12th graders or older. If you start later than the grades the books are for, that's OK; you start with the book for the grade you are in, and you can catch up with the previous books at your own pace. Two of my kids have earned their Citations and received $4000 scholarships ($1000/year) to Liberty University, and my 10th grade daughter is working towards it also. Does this help? Blessings, Sabrina
  12. Why do you like it? I have read that it is highly recommended for in-depth Bible Study and am trying to decide if I want to get one. Could you share how you use yours, how it is helpful, and how you use all those little numbers that I see in the sample? Thank you! Sabrina
  13. They've already told him that the techs will have to sometimes go in to fix things.
