My people!
Went to MA last night but kind of suffered through. Decided to take the rest of the week off but must do stretching and rolling.
Starting to feel stir crazy nutty!

Go to Northern Brewery and buy a kit. I haven't done it in a long while but I do remember that having a clip on thermometer was very useful and you'll probably want to get a hydrometer.
I think you can do it on the cheap, but it's one of those hobbies that can get super expensive in a hurry.

Someone who is exercising that intensely should have some kind of regular recovery period built into the system otherwise he/she will fizzle out.
In terms of your question, what do you mean "feel badly"?

I borrowed my dd's sneakers today and ran but I wasn't used to them and tripped. I bet that looked spectacular to anyone watching. I now have a skinned knee, a bum hip and a very muddy running outfit.

You need to add some lemon juice or white wine to brighten it up.

Raw. I make a lot of vinagrette style slaw. Also fermented. I don't think I tasted a difference the last time I made purple cabble sauerkraut.

I like dried tart cherries, but they're expensive. If you mix with cashews, coconut flakes and super dark chocolate, it's a little piece of heaven.

My dh surprised me with a set of PowerBlock dumbbells today for our anniversary. I'm so excited! I know that you all will understand my excitement. I've been wanting/needing this set for awhile. Can't wait to use them tomorrow.
Now that's what a girl wants! Great anniversary present. Does it come with a stand too?

That elbow pain is nothing to mess around with. You think you got it from knitting? Straight arm body work can do it too if you're working too intensely (planks, etc). :grouphug:
Still not working out. Went to MA last night and it was somewhat better than Tues. Will try to do some stretching, prehab and rolling until Monday.
