I have a recipe that I really like...it's a cheese spread for sandwiches. It is mostly velveeta cheese with some other ingredients....like spices, mayo and boiled eggs....but I didn't want to use velveeta as I know it's not the healthiest in the world.....so I was thinking I could use cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese, but I wasn't sure.
Might that work?...or do you guys have another thought for me? I don't make this very often, but I do like it....and had a craving for it. So maybe the "unhealthy" part isn't the biggest deal in the world...but I think if I found a healthier version, I might make it more often.
